  8. safely and automatically bring down systems during extended power outages.
  9. When used with an APC Smart-UPS or Matrix UPS, it adds intelligent power
  10. monitoring capabilities and users are provided with a realtime display showing
  11. power quality.  A historical data log of power quality is also created and the
  12. data can later be exported into most popular spreadsheets for graphing power
  13. quality over a period of time.  Administrators can also schedule automatic UPS
  14. tests and UPS shutdowns at pre-programmed times.  The kits include interface
  15. cables for all APC UPSes.
